No one will deny that the past year has, at times, been a struggle.  The struggle was sometimes acute for Ohio schools and districts as some students fell farther and farther behind academically. And as this school year winds down, attention shifts to helping students make up for lost time.

Wonder no more. The latest and largest of the federal COVID assistance bills, the American Rescue Plan, will soon be flooding public schools with a HUGE amount of federal money. The Ohio Department of Education recently released the allocation amounts for public schools and districts.
