AFC National Policy Summit

We encourage you to attend the American Federation for Children’s Ninth Annual National Policy Summit, on May 2 and 3, 2018, in Washington, D.C.

The AFC National Policy Summit is the nation’s premiere event on educational choice, joining together policymakers, advocates, and leading business and media figures to ensure that all children in America have an equal opportunity to receive a quality education.

Past AFC summits have featured keynote addresses from leading policymakers such as Governors Scott Walker and Bobby Jindal, former Governor Jeb Bush, Senator Tim Scott and former Senator Joe Lieberman. Featured education reform speakers have included Capital Preparatory School Founder Dr. Steve Perry,  Ron Clark Academy Founder Mr. Ron Clark, AEI President Arthur Brooks, TED Prize Winner Dr. Sugata Mitra, Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, and former U.S. Secretary of Education Rod Paige.
