Empowering Families Symposium

The Empowering Families Symposium and vendor fair is designed to help patients and their families more easily access community resources, connect with special education advocates, and network with others facing similar challenges. Our planning committee is made up of staff from various departments at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, including the Cincinnati Children’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program, Xavier University, community organizations, and parents of individuals with special healthcare needs.
