Founded in 1974, Bishop Leibold serves 326 students from preschool to 8th grade with a proven track record of academic excellence.

• 100% of their students who took Ohio’s State Algebra 1 Test scored in the Accelerated or Advanced Category.
• Bishop Leibold has been awarded the Thomas Edison Award for Excellence in STEM education.
• 10 Bishop Leibold graduates have gone on to become valedictorians at area high schools over the last 10 years.
• Bishop Leibold’s strong PTO program has generated 4,000 volunteer hours during the last school year!

Bishop Leibold School is unique in many ways, including their significant recognition in STEM education and their intentional differentiated instruction to meet the needs of every student. Their multi-tiered student support team works to meet the social and emotional needs of their students. Additionally, their Reading Lab a unique, one-of-a-kind program for the regions schools, dyslexia tutoring program offered during the day for students. Bishop Leibold is committed to their faith-based focus and serving a unique region comprised of urban, suburban, and rural communities.

Ohio’s scholarship programs benefit Bishop Leibold students!

It is important to the mission of our school to be affordable to families who want to send their children to us. We feel very strongly that no family who wants to attend Bishop Leibold is turned away due to finance, these scholarships go a long way of making that a reality.

It is not unusual for us to meet families who have long dreamed of sending their students to an exceptional Catholic elementary school like Bishop Leibold, but believe it is not feasible due to the perceived financial burden. We get the privilege of introducing these families to these available Ohio scholarship programs and once they realize these scholarships are available we can help them fulfill a dream for their family.
